I was in search of 15ah ampere alter. I searched lot places of places but couldn’t find.I was very luck to find on ecobikecompany was much more satisfied by thier customer service . They went out of the way to help me out by delivering my product within 3hrs of my purchase. Never experienced such a experience ?

Ordered 2 Ampere Alter folding bikes. At the time were out of stock. Delay from estimated time. Eventually bikes arrived and well pleased with them. Came well packed. Easy to assemble, most of it (90%) done, only handlebars and pedals to fit. High spec for money.
First ride fantastic, second ride clicking/ grinding noise on one bike. Contacted Eco Bike and their customer service (Sasha) was great. Ampere quickly identified problem as loose spokes on back wheel. Fixed, and look forward to going out on the bikes once again.
My wife and I are both in our mid seventies and now find going uphill no problem. We stay on the bikes!!!
