I love my new Deluxe 26” bike, bought from UK Electric Bike Centre based at Headcorn airfield. I was able to try the bike before buying, and was delighted to discover the frame was low enough for me to ‘step through’, something I haven’t been able to do for a few years, even though my current bike was also a step through model. Although I am taller than the guide range for this bike (I’m 5 ft 5 inches) my legs are short, and this bike is a good fit for me. I was a little nervous about riding in traffic to start with, but after my first ride I couldn’t wait for the next one, and now I’m looking for places to go!

I contacted Ampere about the rear mudguards on our e scooters, which have both cracked, partially because they are quite flimsy. Ampere replied that they would supply me with metal brackets to give strength to the mudguards when I placed an order. They also promised to share a video with instructions on the fitting of the mudguards and support brackets. The order arrived within 3 days of the order, very well packed and protected. We love our e scooters, and have been very impressed with the after sales customer service as well.
